Hey, the sun is out, the lockdown is finally over, and we are on full blast for summer 2020, yay.
Have you started picnicking in the parks? Or going for that occasional weekend drive to the beach? I haven’t.
I haven’t gotten my head around the fact of being in an environment with more than two people, so I’m staying indoors, protecting my mental health (because I can be very paranoid), still cooped up in my apartment with my little family
Now though I’m locked away safely in my house under my own accord, I’ll still be enjoying my summer with chilled bottles of prosecco, and these gorgeous summer looks I can’t get enough.
ASOS DESIGN KNOT STRAP PLEATED MAXI DRESS
This dress is so gorgeous. When I first saw it on the Asos website, I loved the way it looked on the model, but I didn’t think it was something that was going to suit me. I felt it wouldn’t do justice to my body type and was going to skip over it when that little voice in me nudged me to put it in my basket.
I’m in love with it. It is such a flattering style, and I recommend it to anyone who can get their hands on it. I have stacked it away for later times when I’m on holiday. I would wear it to a beachside dinner, walking around the beach with my beaux and feeling like a goddess.
SUMMER MAXI DRESSES
ZARA POPLIN MIDI DRESS
The second outfit is this gorgeous dress from Zara, it’s so light and summery and good for that afternoon picnic in the park.
I love white dresses in summer and this one ticks the box for me. It comes really loose around the body so I have nipped it in the waist with a wide belt. I don’t think they still have this dress in Zara because I bought it in early spring but find below some dresses I’ve scoured Zara for you.
WHITE SUMMER DRESSES
ZARA PINK CROP TOP
Nothing says summer like a crop top. I think the last time I wore a crop top was when I was 16 and it’s been a long time coming. Zara got some amazing ones this summer and I’m here for them. I’m also thinking of ways to implement them into my autumn/winter 2020 wardrobe, stick around long enough and you’ll get to see how it turns out. This gorgeous pink crop top from Zara is an absolute favourite of mine. I’ve paired it with almost everything.
ASOS DESIGN maxi square neck dress with tie straps
I love how airy and flattering this dress is. It’s so perfect for wearing around the house this season. I would say that it is very transparent so if you’re worried about showing your bits, this dress isn’t for you. I love summer so much because of this, the fact that you do not need to put on layers upon layers is just amazing.
These sandals are my fave on the Zara website. They are amazing for summer 2020.
ASOS POLKA-DOT TOP
This Asos polka-dot can transform any bottom you pair it with.
It’s a beautiful colour on my skin tone, the puffy sleeves elevate the style of the top and it’s just so flattering.
I have paired it here with this gorgeous maxi pleated skirt I’ve had for years.

CHRISTINE’S FAD PINK SUMMER SHORTS
These gorgeous shorts bring us to the last outfit I’ll be wearing back to back this summer. When I saw this cutie sashaying down the Jacquemus La Riviera catwalk, my heart did a double, but my bank account quickly reminded me that “sis, we don’t have that kind of money” so I was ecstatic when my gurl @christines_fad stocked up on these. Her website is stocked with amazing on-trend pieces so check it out, I’m so sure you will leave with something to tantalise you.
These shorts are so cute and sexy, and because of the flare at the sides of the shorts, my legs look elongated and I do feel fabulous. Ha.
Hope you’ve enjoyed reading, have an amazing day. xxx.
